I am getting ready to do disc 10 and that one has cannonballs so I do jumping jack’s instead. Those damn cannonballs are hard. I feel like I am gonna hurt myself. I can’t get enough lift worth a damn on them. Tomorrow is rest day. I have to work and go grocery shopping and it is game night so maybe I can dance on the dance pad a bit. I think Sunday I will do Cardio 3 and maybe something else. I don’t know. Have a good weekend!
